Neighbor stops burlgary in progress

As I was searching the local police department's websites, I noticed a press release from the Ocean City Police department about how a burglary was stopped by an alert neighbor. Not very often in today's world do you hear about citizens getting involved in stopping a crime. A lot has to do with victim/witness intimidation and fear of litigation. Our goal here at Delmarva Crime is alert the public of crimes, help victims/witnesses, and take back our communities. Stories like this one bring a smile to my face. I ask everyone to get involved and be alert of your surroundings.
